A note from Itiah
Over the past four decades, I moved from Brooklyn to Brisbane, traveling solo for eight months to 23 countries looking for home. 60+ countries visited, eleven years in Australia and dual citizenship. Three careers and eight businesses. A husband and three stepchildren.
I built this because I needed it and couldn't find it.

Your first month
You are introduced, onboarded onto the Circle platform, complete the welcome survey, and placed into your Delegation. Your first warm introduction inside your first 30 days, matched to what you told us in your welcome survey. No drifting.
The room
The full Borderless Collective on Circle. Async channels for wins, crappy days, warm introductions, resources, asks, feedback, and the conversations about money, business, bodies and identity that are not happening anywhere else in your orbit.
Your Delegation
You are matched into an intimate Delegation whose complementary strengths, interests and challenges align with yours. You meet virtually once a month around a theme, with dedicated time carved out for your business priorities and real-life moves. Delegations rotate twice a year, expanding your wider circle while preserving the depth and trust of a small room.
Learning sessions
Every two months, member-led or partner-led. You learn from the room, and the room learns from you.

Results from just one Delegation Meeting
One member arrived having recently closed a business unexpectedly, mid-rebrand of existing stock, considering an international relocation and not sure what came next.
She left that call with a new market to look at in another country, encouragement to raise prices, a packaging fix, and an introduction to another member who has a printing company.
Another member is planning a program relaunch. She took on board a suggestion to invite past graduates into the new platform now, so there was a room already talking by the time she opened it.
A third needed to conduct user research. She had a yes from all 3 to complete the survey before the call ended.
A fourth had an unexplained charge on her account and no idea how to stop it. Someone who had been through exactly that walked her through it, step by step.
That was just the first meeting. There are twelve a year.

Membership renews each year until you cancel.
When Cornerstone closes, the joining price gradually moves to $2,997 USD as the Directory, VIP days and the annual meetup come live. Cornerstone members stay at Cornerstone pricing.
Joining early shouldn't feel like a risk
This is early days and you are paying early-days pricing, so here is what we hold up our end on.
We'll re-match you
Delegations rotate every October and April, but you do not have to wait. If the one you are in isn't the right fit, reach out and we'll move you. We'd rather get the matching right than have you sit it out.
We'll make the introductions
You tell us in your welcome survey what connections would change your year. If ninety days in you haven't made a meaningful connection, let us know and we'll personally make three introductions matched to what you asked for. Warm ones, from inside the room and beyond it.
